"Decent service, but the wait was frustrating"
Customer service was okay overall. They did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once just to get a response. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but waiting around was frustrating. They could definitely be quicker

"Decent Experience, But Not the Best Value"
I ordered from shopsante because they had a few products I was looking for, the website was easy to use. Finding what I needed and checking out was straightforward enough. The pricing was a bit hit or miss though. Some items seemed fair, but others were definitely higher than what I’ve seen on other sites. And this is where it got annoying: once shipping was added, the total didn’t feel like much of a deal anymore. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I wouldn’t say it was amazing for value. I’d probably order again if there was a sale or if I couldn’t find the product cheaper somewhere else.

"Shipping Was Okay, Nothing Special"
I ordered from shopsante.ca and the shipping wasn’t awful but it wasn’t exactly quick either, it took a few more days than I thought it would and the tracking barely updated so I kept checking it and not really seeing anything new, but the package did show up in good shape so I can’t complain too much, overall it was just a average delivery experience for me.

I ordered a few things from shopsante and everything arrived without any problems. The prices seemed fair, and the checkout process was simple enough that I didn’t have to think too much about it. Overall, it was a easy experience, and I’d feel good ordering from them again.

I mostly used shopsante.ca because I was hoping to save some money with the discounts. Some of the promos are actually good, but other times once shipping gets added, it doesn’t really feel like much of a deal anymore. I had a coupon code work for me once, then another time it didn’t, which was annoying. I kind of felt trapped at checkout, like I’d already spent the time picking everything out but wasn’t sure if I was really saving anything. Overall it’s okay, I just wish the deals and final prices were clearer upfront.

"Good selection, but I’d still appreciate a bit more care"
I’ve ordered from shopsante a few times now, the main reason I keep going back is that they actually have the products I’m looking for. A few things I couldn’t find at my local pharmacy were available there, which was a relief. The site is easy to use too, especially for checking stock without wasting time searching all over. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would use them again, but if something does go wrong, I’d expect a proper apology and not just a generic response.

I think managing my subscription was about as easy as it could be. Pausing it was simple, and changing the delivery dates took maybe a minute. I don’t remember running into any hassle at all.

My order from shopsante was mostly right, although one item wasn’t the exact size I chose. At first I was kind of annoyed, actually, I guess it wasn’t a huge deal since I still made it work, but it was definitely a little inconvenient. Everything else was packed fine and shipping was normal. I’d probably order again, just hoping they double-check the items next time

"Pretty easy to check ingredients"
I ordered from shopsante.ca i appreciated how easy it was to find the ingredients on most of the product pages. I always check labels because of allergies, so that part was really helpful. Some products had more info than others, so... it wasn’t perfect, but still better than a lot of other sites I’ve used. Shipping was fine too. I’d give it 4 stars.

Everything showed up as expected and the products themselves seem to be good quality. One item had packaging that felt a little cheap, so I made sure to check it over carefully before using it, but the actual item works fine. I’d probably order again

I ordered from them once and the stuff showed up fine, so no real complaints there. I’m still not totally sure how I feel about the brand overall though, like something about it just hasn’t fully clicked for me yet. Prices were decent, and support did get back to me, but it took a little longer than I expected. That part was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal.
